“The European Customer Contact Centre Benchmark is the first overall comparison of 30 European countries and their development of the call centre industry.
For the first time we see compared to other external studies that valid results are comparable in the single markets and countries and that content is feasible and reliable for further professional use.
The study is conducted with a high level academically approach, findings are well documented and checked, industry experience is additionally added which bring a professional ranking system and setting for the single markets.
Additionally all the steering committee members appreciate the chance to have ongoing and dynamic exchange with the other involved parties and sponsors of the study but also the open setup and development of the Benchmark. New topics and countries can be fast integrated and analyzed and therefore new content and results generated.
