Customer Experience is the New Competitive Battleground for Companies in Europe

LINK 2015 Over 100 executives from 12 countries gathered in the Altitude LINK Conference to focus on how to achieve sustainable differentiation through customer experience.

Lisbon, Portugal, October 21, 2015 – The most recent research published on customer service issues show that - more and more - companies recognize customer service as a competitive differentiator even as customer satisfaction indicators continue to decline.

This was the background for the Altitude LINK Conference, a meeting of more than 100 executives from 12 countries to discuss the way forward for companies seeking to become more customer-centric. The event took place in Brussels and the agenda included presentations on market trends and on some of the best practices in the industry.
