Altitude University has a variety of standard training courses, delivered at Altitude Software facilities, that follow a public schedule. However, Altitude University is able to deliver on-demand courses at our facilities or, hardware permitting, at the contact center site. Additionally, on-demand sessions may be customized to best fit the specific needs of each contact center.

Supervisor training series is essential to guarantee that the contact center takes full advantage of Altitude uCI solutions. Supervisor training series covers topics that range from specific issues related to the solution to more general tasks of the contact center.

What is customized training?

Customized training has the obvious advantage of tailoring the training content to meet the exact needs of the contact center staff. Therefore, customized training is more cost-effective and practical if several people in the contact center have the same training needs.

Customized training can be delivered at Altitude Software or on-site, as long as the facilities on-site meet the hardware and logistic requirements. Altitude University provides information about the layout of the room and the required equipment. Please allow a minimum lead-time of one month to schedule customized training courses.

Altitude University encourages direct discussion of the training programme between the contact center manager and the training consultant to ensure that the training consultant fully understands the requirements of the contact center manager.
