The knowledge base can include hierarchies of both articles and email templates, to help agents respond to customer interactions. New documents can be created by team leaders but also by the agents themselves.
In order to guarantee quality, the tool supports a document workflow approval process for articles and templates, from authors to reviewers, which includes version control and markups. Only an approved document is visible to agents when responding to customers.
