Altitude uAgent can be used directly out of the box or customized with Altitude Scripting Language (ASL). The out-of-the-box option allows multimedia interactions to be handled with full media control, consultation and editing of attached, user-defined contact data.

Altitude uAgent includes a built-in knowledge base mechanism. Additionally, applications designed for Altitude uAgent can also be used for certain back office applications or for face-to-face interactions, optimizing development investment.
