About this course
This introduction course to Altitude Scripting Language and the award winning Altitude Script Developer environment enable programmers with a quick ramp-up on the concepts and elements of building an agent business application. The course enables programmers to effectively leverage the power of Altitude uCI to quickly enhance contact center productivity for simple campaigns.
