Rodrigo Prazeres - CFO

Rodrigo Prazeres is responsible for providing the company with strategic financial guidance and oversees all accounting, budgeting, financial planning, treasury and risk management activities. He is also in charge of Human Resources Development at Group level. Rodrigo has a track record of more than 20 years in Finance, in various local and multinational companies. His career includes experiences in the Automotive Industry (Grupo Entreposto), Insurance (Winterthur/Credit Suisse), Telecom (Novis/SonaeCom) and Information Technologies (Audaxys/Banco Efisa). He joined Altitude in 2009. José's mission is to implement and manage a worldwide Customer Assistance Quality program, by responding to technical support requests according to customers expectations both in time and quality of services, providing a complete and diversified pack of services, helping Customers optimize the use of Altitude Software products, and by maintaining an effective multichannel communication process during all Customer Assistance interactions. José joined Altitude Software in 2001, following a 14 year experience at Unisys, where he played several roles in the Customer Support Division, initially as part of the Portuguese subsidiary management team and later at the European headquarters, managing the implementation of large international projects. Miguel Araújo Lopes - Executive Vice President Marketing and Product Management

Miguel has 15 years of international experience in the CRM software industry and, for the past six years, he contributed for the recognition of Altitude as the only European independent company with global presence ranked as Visionary in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant. Currently, his responsibilities include defining the company strategy, managing the product life cycle, defining and executing the marketing plan, and supporting the sales force in 15 offices globally, which enables to get the customer feedback into the company roadmaps with R&D. Before Altitude, he managed contact center product lines and teams at Siemens ROLM (USA) and Siemens ICN (Germany), in the areas of PBX, CTI, and Contact Centers. He took part in ITU’s standards definition of CSTA (p.III) which led to the creation of Siemens HiPath ProCenter and won a Top50 Worldwide Innovation Competition and a patent on advanced skills based routing. Elaine’s mission is to drive Altitude's growth in Latin America, leveraging our success in markets where we are not currently present and establishing Altitude as a market leader. Elaine has a wide experience in the financial sector, especially in the area of mergers and acquisitions, acquired in almost 4 years at Santander Investment Bank. In addition, she also participated in the financial restructuring of mobile telephony operator Americel, company that currently belongs to Telecom Americas Group. At Altitude, Elaine manages a team of 50 people at the Brazilian and Mexican offices and a wide network of partner in Latin America. Elaine is also Vice President of ABRAREC - Brazilian Relationship Association among Customer and Enterprise.
