Customer Satisfaction

Customer feedback is of the utmost importance to improve the service we provide. To handle this important source of knowledge we have developed the Let us Know program.

The Let us Know program is a quality survey aimed at obtaining feedback from our customers about the performance of Customer Assistance, helping to identify the areas that need to be improved and to increase the customer's satisfaction towards our services. Customer feedback is very important to Altitude because:

  • in the short term, allows for immediate changes to correct the problem
  • in the long term, serves as an indicator for continuously improving the quality of the services.

The program is an event driven satisfaction survey, where the Meeting Point inquires customers about how a specific request was handled. It runs every week in a sample of recently closed tickets.
 
The obtained results have been very impressive and a recognition, from our customers, of the outstanding service provided by Customer Assistance.  The diagram shows real data based on customer feedback from the last 6 months.
