Altitude standard or 24x7 Customer Assistance provides timely and valuable answers to technical questions and problem resolution. Meeting Point is the primary interface with our customers for all items related to technical assistance and a multichannel point of contact to submit tickets and check their progression.

Through the Meeting Point customers can:

  • Consult technical documentation regarding Altitude uCI 
  • Track the ticket life cycle from its submition until closure
  • Search the knowledge base for most frequent issues.
  •  Upload system logs
  • Set up and download the most recent service packs using the Update Center
