About this course 

This introduction course to Altitude Scripting Language and the award winning Altitude Script Developer environment enable programmers with a quick ramp-up on the concepts and elements of building an agent business application. The course enables programmers to effectively leverage the power of Altitude uCI to quickly enhance contact center productivity for simple campaigns.

  • Transfer previous programming knowledge to Altitude Scripting Language.
  • General Altitude Scripting Language elements: script, node, variables, subroutines and functions, initial data and end calls.
  • Multiple nodes/screens: use the visual flow editor to design multiple node scripts.
  • Attractive graphical input elements.
  • Input validation and dynamic interfaces.

Requirements

  • Windows Desktop environment and applications at a user level.
  • Notions of Client/server applications.
  • Notions of contact center architecture.
  • Knowledge of business process flow.
  • Basic knowledge of a programming language is a plus.

11h00-12h30 402: Initial data for an outbound script.
14h00-15h30 403: How the script talks with the server.
16h00-17h30 404: Multiple nodes and specialized inputs.

9h00-10h30 405: Deploy uAgent scripts.
11h00-12h30 406: Good-looking interfaces with validation.
14h00-15h30 407: Dynamic interfaces.
16h00-17h30 408: Write a complete script.
