In a continuously effort to surpass our customer expectations we’ve successfully undertaken the project of getting the ISO 9001 Quality Certification and “Certified Support Professional” (CSP-I) certification, for “Global Technical Customer Assistance” operations.

The Certification process was conducted by SGS, the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company. SGS is recognized as the global benchmark for quality and integrity.

This milestone is a clear signal that we are aligned with the best practices in the market and that our Customer Assistance underwent a very strict evaluation process that included Quality Management System development, documentation review, and implementation effectiveness audits.

Because we put your business first, we successfully audited what we believe is most important to your operations, namely the daily, reactive and proactive Customer Assistance. This certification, with such a clear focus on customer support operations, has been achieved by very few vendors.

The implications of this milestone are that you can trust Altitude’s customer oriented methodologies to prevent, find and fix issues from an attitude and process point of view. ISO 9001 Quality Certification was achieved for our worldwide operations, demonstrating the effectiveness of our people and processes to give you peace of mind.

Certified Support Professional

Altitude is committed to better serve its customers and, once again, has equipped the Customer Assistance team with the necessary skills and knowledge.

All members of the Altitude Customer Assistance team have gone through a complete training program for perfect customer-focused technical support calls, delivered by Impact Learning and certified by the Service & Support Professionals Association (SSPA). Developed especially for technology-based industries, the “Certified Support Professional” (CSP-I) certification focus on the skills needed to interact positively with customers. From the program Altitude customers will benefit:

  • Better and more effective communication thus reducing the interaction time and improving customer satisfaction
  • Service consistency across all regions
  • Shared work framework among the Customer Assistance team
