Alfredo Redondo, a seasoned technology executive, brought to Altitude Software more than 20 years of executive management experience in large and mid-sized technology companies such as Alcatel-Lucent and Amper. He has also had significant activity as a consultant and advisor to technology investors and start-up companies in Europe and the US. Alfredo Redondo holds a telecommunications degree from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid, an MBA by IESE (Madrid), and a Master in Communications by Satellite by IRET (France).

Oscar del Pozo’s mission is to drive financial and operational excellence in all global markets and to support the continued expansion of Altitude Software. He has over 20 years of experience in finance and operations with a strong focus on financial analysis and corporate development. He has an international profile with experience in companies such as Microsoft, IBM, Infocaja and Regenersis. Oscar del Pozo has an MBA at Henley Management College and a Senior Business Degree major in Finance from Complutense University of Madrid.
Chief Technology Officer
Miguel Vital's mission is to drive the continued innovation that has powered Altitude customer interaction management solutions. He manages the Research & Development (R&D) team. Miguel Vital has over 20 years experience in contact center solutions technological development and innovation, lately in charge of Altitude Software Research & Development. Miguel Vital has a Master's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, and a Post-Graduation in Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
Mário Silva Pereira

Mário's mission is to lead innovation and develop our strategy for new and existing market and solutions trends. Mário has a strong background in the industry, and over 20 years’ experience in the Software industry, with Altitude Software, and with a special focus on Consultancy, CRM and Contact Center; successfully delivering demanding and complex international Consultancy/CRM/Contact Center/Cloud/Business Process Optimization and Transformation projects worldwide. Previously held relevant roles in launching/revamping European, North American and Latin American’s Implementations Services/Project Practice operations and led the global transformation of Pre-Sales, Support Services, Professional Services, Managed Services, University & Knowledge Sharing and Cloud-based SaaS offerings. Mário Silva Pereira holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Faculdade de Ciências de Lisboa and a Post Graduation in General Management by Universidade Nova de Lisboa.

Sonia leads our Customer Care organization, including Quality Assurance, Altitude Operation Services and Technical Support, whose mission is to ensure we deliver a quality, reliable and performant product for our Customers and to assist them in their daily operations, in whatever problem, doubt or need they may have. With more than 20 year-experience in the Telecommunications & IT industry and in multinational environments, Sonia Comajuan is a leader with professional experience in R&D, Support, Project Management, Services, Operations, Quality and Customer Satisfaction. Before joining Altitude Sonia has developed her career at Alcatel-Lucent through diverse executive international positions, the latest one being VP Quality and Customer Satisfaction for Alcatel-Lucent and member of QuEST Forum Executive Board. Telecommunications Engineer by the Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña, Sonia is also PMP certified by PMI, GPM Accredited by Alcatel-Lucent and has a PDG by IESE Business School.
Chief Marketing Officer
Natalia leads the company’s global integrated marketing activities, with a special focus on go-to-market, lead generation and brand awareness activities, aiming for business development and customer engagement. Natalia has a broad, international career in marketing management, market research and business intelligence experience in the Technology industry. She was previously Chief Marketing Officer at Sentimer, a leading startup in the emerging field of artificial intelligence technologies for customer acquisition and service. She holds Master degrees in business administration from Fox Business School, Temple University (USA) and in international economy from KROK University (Ukraine).
Chief Delivery Officer & Executive Vice President for Latin America
Daniel is in charge of driving the continued growth of the company in Latin America, bringing to the market a new generation of Altitude Xperience customer interaction solutions. He also leads our Global Services Delivery organization and its transformation project worldwide. With 20 years in the Telecommunications & IT industry, he has an extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams in different geographies, covering Support Services, Managed Services, Operations, Professional Services, Services Sales and Project Management. In addition to some important international executive positions in other high tech players throughout Latin America and Canada, Daniel has also led the Altitude Operations Organization in Latin America for two and a half years. Computer Scientist by the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás, Brazil, Daniel has a Network Specialist title by Universidade Salgado de Oliveira (UNIVERSO), Brazil, and a MBA title by Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC), Brazil. He is also an ITIL Expert certified professional by the Examination Institute for Information Sciences (EXIN), Netherlands, and a Certified Business Manager by the Association of Professionals in Business Management (ABPM), Chicago – USA.
Executive Vice President for Business Development, Channels and Alliances
Eric leads Altitude’s evolving channel and alliances strategy to maximize customer value, expand new routes to market and drive growth and revenue through the partner eco-system. He has 25 years of international executive management experience in telecommunications, networks and digital evolution, with professional experience in R&D, Services/Consulting, Marketing, Product Management, and Business Unit management. After successfully developing the Alcatel-Lucent / Xylan Networking business in the US, he was more recently Executive Vice President of the Communications Business Division at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise in France, where he steered the evolution towards new digital models based on Software, Cloud and new business models. Eric graduated from Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications de Paris.
Executive Vice-President North America, UK and Global Accounts
Miguel's mission is to manage Altitude Software presence in North America, in the UK and key global accounts. Miguel has been working with Altitude for the last 20 years, and has a vast experience on different areas of the company. He held several positions from Senior Consultant to Project Manager and Director. He also managed the Southeast Europe region before he moved to his current position in North America. Miguel holds a Computer Science degree at Instituto Superior Técnico, a post-graduation and an MBA in management at Universidade Católica.
Brazil Country Manager
Vanessa´s mission is to drive the continued growth of the company in Brazil, bringing to the market a new generation of Altitude Xperience customer interaction solutions to increase customer acquisition and retention in the contact center, through company-wide digital transformation. Vanessa Tiba has 18 years of experience in the software, contact center and telecommunications industries in companies such as Trust, Telesul and Altitude. Vanessa has held responsibilities in the Services, Pre-Sales and Sales teams at Altitude, and most lately she was Sales Director for Brazil. She has a degree in computer science from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo.
Service Excellence Director
Bruno Custódio's mission is to drive operations across North America, UK, France and Partners led territories. Bruno has more than 15 years of experience in operations and delivery of implementation services, having started his professional career in Altitude, then progressing in other companies such as Banco Santander and Datacomp, returning to Altitude in recent years. Bruno holds a Computer Science degree at Instituto Superior Técnico, a post-graduation in Project Management at Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão complemented with Project Management Professional certification.
Service Excellence Director
Julio Pérez’s mission is to help our Southern Europe customers in their Contact Center Strategy and Operations, ensuring a right definition, implementation and operation of their solutions based on our Altitude Product. Julio has more than 20 years of professional experience in technological consultancy, software development and systems integration in the IT Industry. Before joining Altitude he held executive positions in international companies such as Everis and Indra. He has a wide experience defining, managing, developing and implementing business solutions with a high technological component, in large and mid-market companies, leading big, multicultural and multidisciplinary teams. Julio holds an Industrial Engineer (with Extraordinary End-of-Career Award) Degree and a Phd Diploma in Engineering by the Spanish Open University. He also holds a Technician Engineer Degree by León University.
