The Congress is the biggest contact center event in Belgium and it takes place December 7th at Lamot Congress Center, Havermarkt, Mechelen.

Contact center seats grow 2,5% in Belgium

Recent research (1) shows contact center employment has grown 2% in Belgium. Over 94.000 people work in more than 900 contact centers.  There are an estimated 73.400 contact center seats in Belgium (+ 2,5%), with 21% in outsourced activities, while 62% of contact center activity remains dedicated to inbound and 36% of the business is focused in business-to-consumer activities.
