Altitude Software’s collection of Personal Information
Altitude Software may request personal information from you, such as your name, e-mail address, and company name or telephone number. All such information that can be used to identify you will be considered Personal Information and processed accordingly. Your response to these inquiries is strictly voluntary. Altitude Software uses this information to customize your experience on our website. Collecting Domain Information
Altitude Software also collects domain information and such information as the navigation information, as part of its analysis of the use of its website. This data enables us to become more familiar with which customers visit our site, how often they visit and what parts of the site they visit most often. Altitude Software uses this information to improve its web-based offerings. This information is collected automatically and requires no action on your part.
Altitude Software will automatically collect certain information and store it in log files and such information may consist of IP (Internet Protocol) addresses, date and time stamp of access, language, referring page, log-in details, and other data.
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Log Files will also help Altitude ensure security.

Not limited to cases where we believe your business interests will be served, Altitude Software may share your information (with the exception of account, credit card and ordering information) with Altitude Software business partners, who can alert you about new products and services to improve your competitive edge. Users of Altitude Software’s product and services, and of Altitude Software’s website, can request to access their Personal Information, to ensure such information is complete and accurate, as well as to update or delete their Personal Information or to ask that Altitude Software stop processing their Personal Information. Users can request access to any Personal Information Altitude Software has. Users can also request Altitude Software to correct or delete their personal data. Altitude Software will comply with users’ request within a reasonable time.
Altitude Software may retain personal data to the extent required and/ or permitted by applicable laws and only to the extent and for such period as required by applicable laws provided that it shall ensure the confidentiality of the related personal data.

Children’s privacy protection
Altitude Software considers highly important to make everything possible to ensure the Children’s privacy. To that purpose, we restrict our website use to persons eighteen years or more. In that way, we do not intentionally collect information from children under eighteen. If Altitude Software becomes aware that, by any chance, it has collected or received the Personal Information of a child under eighteen, it will delete it such information.
