Qualitynet Launches Altitude-powered Cloud Customer Engagement Solution in Kuwait

The new offering leverages the virtualized capabilities of the Altitude Xperience platform to deliver Altitude’s flagship contact center applications in a cloud-based service model.

Kuwait, December 11th, 2018 / Qualitynet, Kuwait’s #1 ICT, Data Communications & Internet Services provider has selected Altitude Software, a global provider of omnichannel solutions for the Customer Experience improvement, to launch the first Cloud Customer Engagement Solution in Kuwait – Altitude Xperience Proactive. Altitude Software delivers a robust, modular customer engagement solution that handles all interactions and unifies all touch points throughout the organization.

The two companies jointly participated in the Kuwait Digital Transformation Conference, the premier event for the customer experience industry in Kuwait, held from November 28 to 29, 2018 under the patronage of Mr. Qusai Al-Shatti, Director General – Central Agency for Information Technology (CAIT).

The highlight of Qualitynet’s participation at the event is the partnership announcement with Altitude Software and the introduction of their latest release of the award-winning Altitude Xperience customer interaction management suite.
