Miguel Noronha, born in Lisbon, Portugal, holds a Master in Computer Science and an MBA in Management. He also lived several years in Toronto, Canada, contributing to build a real global vision of doing business in different geographies and manage people from different cultures.

 

Miguel is an Executive with over 25 years of management experience in linking corporate vision with delivery business goals by building and leading driven results teams.  He’s passionate about technology and people management, and loves to define different sales strategy for different countries and realities. As a people’s person continuous work with this team to deliver the best solutions and offers to our customers. Here in Altitude, Miguel is the EVP for North America, Portugal, UK and Global Accounts and has been part of the Altitude team for 22 years contributing with his strong experience in business development, partnerships and client management.  Prior to Altitude has worked on companies like Vodafone, Merk Sharp & Dhome, and as Professor in several universities. Miguel divides his time between Europe and North America and is always available to jump on a plane to support his customers or team.

 

Miguel is convinced that the key to an excellent customer experience is to be highly responsive and allow customers to choose always the channel of his choice for every interaction, depending on its preference and circumstances.
